This course may be for you if:

You care deeply about your community, but find misalignment between the way you operate within the community, or have trouble integrating your values into your work or community spaces.

You experience “imposter syndrome” and have trouble grounding your wellness, mental, and physical health with work and community demands.

    Identify resources and develop skills needed to set boundaries and receive help centering your wellness and healing

    Build tools and resources to continue to be in alignment and integrity with the sacred as you navigate systems, institutions, and work.

Course structure

This is a six-week, virtual course designed for you to learn in community and build capacity for healing alongside others. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each day.

    Learn about and integrate frameworks from community scholars and activists into your personal and community work
